6. From the Shuttle Drivers who took me to and from hotel to airport to the front desk staff to the restaurnt personnel, every staff member was especially friendly, professional, accomodating, pleasant, attentive, and made a big difference, during my 2 night stay.

9. They offer free wired/wireless internet, which is important for me, a shuttle to take you anywhere in a 5-mile radius.

10. I was really hesitant about using this because it says on the website that you need to book the shuttle 24-hrs in advance, when really all you do is call down to the desk and tell theme where you need to go and what time you would like picked up.
