2. After 10 minutes or so, lady at the front desk tells us she would upgrade us to a suite with 2 beds which is available right away so we can get some sleep.

3. I booked a suite so my dad could have some privacy, however both queen beds were in 1 room and a TV and couch (with hide-a-bed) in the other.

6. We reserved a room with 2 queen bed but when we got to the hotel, it was overbooked and they only could accomodate us in a Kind bed suite with a sofa bed, which was not comfortable at all.
