1. If you stay at this hotel (which is next to the airport) you better hope you don't have any travel issues (delays) otherwise you will be out of your money.

Im like are you serious im tired and jet lagged made a reservation which is supposed to guarentee me a room and i come to check in and you dont have a room available!thats is rediculous and very unprofessional I told her i would be checking in else where which cost me more in taxi money and time which i was pressed on because i had an afternoon meeting.
