6. Three gripes (two minor and one major):Minor #1 - the bathtub plug did not function in either room I stayed in, so I couldn't relax in the tub like I wanted to.

7. The main downfalls were that the bathroom was filthy (hair in the tub, on the floor, etc.) and the restaurant staff person was terribly slow even though the restaurant was empty.
