1. 3 times and I had to keep going back-forth to the airport, etc. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed me to stay in my room for an hour longer w/out charge.

7. Access to the hotel and parking are a little strange, but at least they don`t charge extra for parking as many Seattle hotels do (including the airport Doubletree, which isn`t far from this location.
