1. The carpets look like they need cleaning and wastebaskets need to be emptied outside and inside the lobby area.

9. Additionally, I have no problem that this hotel allows pets (I have my own) but while in the lobby a guest came in with her dogs (2) one peed on the carpet and while the woman did attempt to clean it up with a paper towel- nothing was done by the staff to make sure it was thoroughly cleaned up.

10. Airport noise was not a problem, even though we were close; boarding passes could be printed from the hotel's lobby computer; breakfast was appreciated; parking was free; returning a rental car at the airport was easy.
