1. The manager said he would reduce my daily rate once he was made aware of my observations, sent an email to his superiors and cc;'d me that he was doing so, then didn't actually do that.

7. The rates are super low, wonderful comfy king-size bed, clean towels and sheets, zero noise from SeaTac Airport and the restaurant next door was very reasonably priced ($9.95 for a crab/lobster melt sandwich).
