1. The area is developing and there is an expanding source of restaurants within walking distance, and a full size supermarket only a block away.

8. Only 10 mins walk to the monorail which takes you into the Westlake Center for just a few $$, I would also recommend getting the new Light Rail to SeaTac from Westlake as it's less than $5 rather than $40+ a taxi will cost.
