1. As others have mentioned the location has easy access to transportation and tourist sights, a 24 hr supermarket with Starbucks, a more than adequate free breakfast, excellent neighborhood restaurants-ask the desk, and a hotel shuttle which even made an unscheduled trip for us.

2. They have a lot of amenities which makes you feel comfortable like internet access on 2 computers, warm cookies in the lobby, pretty courtyard with fountain, underground secured parking, and a fairly quiet neighborhood in the middle of the City.

4. The neighborhood is fairly plain, but do not miss a trip to the local Citizen's Coffee(1 short block away) where we had the best lattes ever, along with crepes, omelets, and fresh baked scones.
