7. I have read on TripAdvisor of other people encountering difficulties with shuttle service, etc not being on time and such - so, definitely need to do the town car via the concierge.

9. I also chose The Warwick because the Grey Line "airporter" shuttle picks up and drops off right outside the hotel (twice every hour from 5 a.m. till I don't know when).

10. If you have a group going to Seattle, we used Shuttle Express and set up a 'private' city tour for 3 1/2 hours and they took us all the places we wanted to go.
