3. Our room was not quite ready, but the lobby was comfy and we were upgraded to an eighteenth floor corner room with a gorgeous view by a very sweet and professional front desk gal.

10. The hotel had a free internet service in the lobby (don't know about the rooms) where several pc's were available - handy for updating facebook and our friends at home about our adventures.
