7. Access to the club lounge was a plus but the our recent stay at the Sheraton was in the Executive Suite which is absolutely beautiful.

9. At check in the young, blond pony tail girl wouldn't give my my platinum upgrade to a suite as promised with the SPG program because the suites were already promised.
