Upon learning that I had left a fairly expensive gift for my wife in my room (or it had been stolen out of my bag), Sheraton employee, Paul, took my call, and with great empathy and expedient service handled locating the gift and managing a quick process to get it returned to me on the East Coast.

10. Using this you can well connect to other places like Renton, Bellevue, Issaquah, Space Needle, Microsoft Campus, Boeing Space Museum, Mount Rainier etc. But i felt service can be still more better and space for improvement.
