1. Beautiful and spacious rooms, large bathrooms, excellent concierge services, excellent people at the front desk, excellent health club, wonderful lounge, close to my favourite restaurants, close to the 5th Avenue Theatre, close to my stores ie Macy's, Nordstroms etc..

I just love this hotel -if you like English style elegance-come here -it is like the country lady -warm cozy yet the Georgian restaurant has some of the most innovative menu presentations I have seen!the executive chef has some wonderful meals -the afternoon tea while not quite up to The Empress in Victoria is stll delightful.
