1. I would also recommend the pool and fitness center which are also 'first class' like everything else in the hotel.

Staff needs additional training about what services are available at the hotel: Asked if free coffee offered early in the lobby, we were offered complimentary coffee pot from food services (with 2 servings of coffee) but not told there is free coffee & hot tea in the fitness center all day every day.

3. The staff in the fitness center also did a great job making sure we had plenty water, clean towels etc. Check out was fast and easy.
