1. When we requested a clean bug free room, after 10 minuets of not knowing what to do he said that the only other room he had, had someone booked for the next day and that he couldn't give us that in case that person checked in early.

2. He called the room shortly after we got in our room and asked if our room was ok and we told him that there was ants, bugs, spiders dirt and what looked like a tick in the room.
