9. It was 10 PM and I was tired and I just wanted to go to my room and rest, but I had to have several uncomfortable exchanges with the staff and stand my ground before they would agree to give me a room with 2 beds.

10. It seemed to me that the hotel had several empty rooms with 2 beds and they were using that as a ploy to get extra money and I don't appreciate that.
