4. The staff was extremely helpful - the woman at the front desk even made sure she checked me in to my flight - so I didn't have to do it - had the boarding pass printed and sent it up to my room.

6. When I called hotel and complain, the front desk's staff said that I called only 20 min ago, not 30s, I had to show my cell phone (its 34min apart between two calls) to make him to applogize for the delay.
