1. When I called hotel and complain, the front desk's staff said that I called only 20 min ago, not 30s, I had to show my cell phone (its 34min apart between two calls) to make him to applogize for the delay.

2. Very good for the price stayed there for a short time due to flight cancellation but the price I paid was great cant complain much.

4. I understand we stayed during the winter so not many travelers use the pool, but my old kid picked out 4 ladybugs from the swimming pool and complained about the turbid water quality.
