8. When we got to the room, and opened the patio, smoke from the grills was wafting in our room and my husband called the manager and we were switched to the 6th floor of another tower which had a partially obstructed view of the water.

10. What they call an ocean view room isnt- but, as the manager pointed out, if you stand at the edge of your balcony, you can see some ocean.
