1. I asked the concierge to help and she was rude, reluctantly helped and interrogated me beyond reason to ensure i was actually a resort guest.

9. Whale Watching (w/out snorkeling) - I knew it was late in the season so the concierge suggested Hawaii Nautical because they give a voucher good for 2 years if you don't see a whale.
