2. The comfortable beautiful home, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, flexible (we were always in nightclothes when they knocked) and excellent Housekeeping, peaceful environment, the beach, warm welcome and helpful attitude at Reception, quick response from Maintenance with a plumbing issue.

3. When we asked for a fan we never received one even though we saw several on the housekeeping carts We bought a fan, but were miserable as the place never cooled down and it was impossible to sleep in such a 'hot house'.
