I spoke to the hotel Manager, Mr McLaughlin (my spelling), when other employees saw nothing wrong with this, and he shared their attitiude - seemed amused that anyone would not be satisfied with one of the employees coming in once an hour (note none were there when I was in there and I was exercising for over 90 minutes).

4. On their end, they have Iphones and guest service managers on the floor taking orders but it is not working for some reason, they need to change that system and just assign servers on certain areas of the casino.

6. Finally, after about an hour and half later, the manager on duty of the casino agreed to pay out the ticket, this time the excuse was that the slot machine sent the wrong message to the computer.
