2. The patio area around the pool was swept, but needed a good scrubbing, and flooded considerably when it rained (no drains) and it was our only way in and out.

3. There is an inner courtyard type small pool with wrought iron table and chairs, maybe more like a dipping pool but it did not look like the water was filtered so unless it is maintained differenly during the summer months I wouldn't have gotten in it.
