1. I requested no maid service on my 2nd day, but sometime between 3 & 5 pm, when I thought the maids were long gone, someone came into my room.

2. the hotel manager did not seem to care and showed little interest she said she would talk to maid assigned to my room and get back to me ,never did, apparently there isnt cameras in the hallways and the rooms still have metal keys so i guess security is an issue.
