6. In the short distance from my car to the check in desk i was nearly accosted by homeless person and had to take cover as i heard gun shots that sounded like they were directed right at me.

7. The motel, when you first arrive, looks kind of dingy and unsafe (could have been because we didn't get there until almost 11pm) but the check-in area was well lit and you can't get to many of the rooms unless you pass by the front desk.

8. Now my complaints:Despite having phoned twice before our arrival to say that we wouldn't be arriving into SkyHarbor until 8.30 and so probably wouldn't be able to check in until around 9.
