3. We stay at a lot of motels and, by far, this was the cleanest with the most amenities: blow dryer, ironing board, lotions, etc. Walkable to two neat bars, Ghost bar and Henny's, as well as, the light rail.

Just over 3 miles from the airport, its a 5-10 minute walk from bars & restaurants, the convention centre, the Phoenix Suns stadium etc (Brits walk - make that 1 minute drive for Americans!)If you're a tourist, its only just over a mile to the Heard Museum, 15 minutes drive to the Desert Botanical Gardens and just over half an hour to Taliesin West (well worth a visit).
