1. My family and i stayed here due to a family emergecy and honestly we must say that the service was GREAT!the pool was neat even though it was a small pool it was great to be able to get out and chill for a while.

2. Then the receptionist said 'oh here's your reservation you can check in now, the way you said your name I couldn't understand' she had the worst attitude & could really use some customer service training, she was sooo rude.

4. For the price you pay at the President Hotel you get perfect location (right next to Ocean Drive and very close to Lincoln road), clean recently renovated rooms with modern design and friendly service.

The hotel has also an excellent cocktail bar service, not a big, fancy bar with loads of people dancing or anything, but good, clean and cheap (10 dollars for 2 cocktails during Happy Hour from 5pm till 11pm) compared to other bars on Ocean Drive where you sometimes pay like 25 dollars for just 1 drink.

9. The bar was the greatest thanks to the bartender Mei-Ling she makes the best Watermelon Margaritas and Mojito's we went to the bar everynight we stayed and got the 2 drinks for 12.00 special and great service as well.
