1. Now it's about 3:30, my mom goes to the desk, a new lady is working (hispanic blonde streaked moused hair, medium length, kinda chubby) My mom asked to check in and she said she didn't see our reservation and she'll call the manager to see what we could do.

8. The front desk agent, Gabriel Zubiat, refused to call the manager, and blatantly laughed in our faces at our plight and said it's not his problem and there's nothing he could do.
