1. At checkout, I expressed our concerns to the manager and she took one night stay off which I appreciated.

4. Here are the problems: shower took forever to drain, woke up to hammering and drilling of the construction staff, was told many times there were no more rooms for us to switch to, then finally the manager said she'd move us to the top (12th) floor, far from the construction noise.
