1. Steps that go down into seating area of room actually creates a nicer view of the strip because it lowers the angle of the window - gorgeous.

2. Instead, I found myself in a dirty room with a giant chunk of drywall missing, broken automatic curtains, dirty bed linens (blood stains on the pillow cases), and a lovely view of the roof of one of the lower levels.
