We checked in on a Sunday PM and although there was a long line, checking in was uneventful and quick, with the

folks very efficient, professional and courteous.

After staying here for 3 nights, we were locked out of our room at 12:00 AM on the 4th night - they said because we didn't have a credit card on file with them and wanted us to go the
front desk
- which is a mile away - and let them re-scan our card.

WHEN WE WERE CHECKING OUT THE FRONT DESK ASKED HOW WAS THE STAY AND I SAID IT WASN'T WHAT I EXPECTED AND SHE SAID OKI CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THE NEWEST PLACE IN LAS VEGAS CAN BE THAT DISAPPOINTED.
