1. Even though Sam's Town Hotel and Casino is not on the beaten path, the hotel does afford its guests the opportunity to see the other sites and casinos in the Las Vegas area with a complementary shuttle service to and from the Fremont Street area as well as strip.

4. Although they offer a free shuttle down to the strip, the shuttle ends at 11:00 - which was a problem for our night-owl friends, and a cab from the strip costs $35.
