One of the nights I stayed some work was being done in a room next to mine AT 3 AM, when I called front desk the person, after putting me on hold for a while, said that they could move me to another room, meaning that I had to change clothes, pack my stuff, go to lobby with my luggage, ask for the change and then go to the new room.

9. On the 5th night we would have to come down and talk to a supervisor and hope they could get us a room on the same floor for the 5th nightThis meant to us we would have to repack our suitcase and wait around for some one to talk to at the front desk and waste our time.
