This hotel was nice and clean but I had enrolled in the rewards program but didn't receive any of the benefits, i.e., no slippers in the room, no newspaper of any kind (there was a choice of three), no complimentary water, etc. I was very disappointed that complimentary shuttle service to the DFW airport was not offered.

2. Our daughter, who is 4, was tickled to death with her complimentary gift pack, which she could also wear on her back.
