1. Parking costs extra ($15/d self park, $30 valet) - their valet service is quick and efficient and got an extra tip from us.

8. Only downsides: no coffee maker in room (though they do have coffee urns in the lobby in the morning and nobody would mind if you shambled down in last-night's whatever to fetch a cup), and valet parking at a higher cost than I would have expected.
