3. I'm just sayin' personnel from The Glenn should be outside the door, under the awning to tell you what to do and where to goSo we checked in and were told that even though we had been promised a room with a bath, most of their rooms only had showers and we were not getting a tub.

4. My only other issue was that our bath towels were cheap, stiff and were falling apart, but the hand towels and wash cloths were top notch.

5. After we returned to the room later in the day, she had indeed come in but didn't even replace half the stuff she took out such as the small face towels, the hand towels and the bath mat.
