1. Perhaps the biggest issue for me is its distance from DC--it's about a 10 minute cab ride from New Carrollton (the last stop on the Orange Line--25 minutes from downtown) and the hotel shuttle stops running pretty early (8pm on weeknights, 9pm on weekends).
