Pros: Inexpensive, centrally located, nice customer service, quiet on top floorCons: Non-smoking room reeked of smoke (but Crossland did warn on its website that it cannot guarantee non-smoking room), bed is really hard, very small room & TV, stairs and elevator has a dirty, industrial feel, no chair to sit in to read or watch TV, not even anyplace in the bathroom to set your toiletries bag.

4. What I did find that was pretty hard to take was the overwhelming small of smoke coming into the room through the bathroom vent.

5. The rooms include a stovetop, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishes, utensils, etc. The only fault I could find with the room was in the bathroom which did not have any counter space.
