The entry light didn't work, the sensor motion light in the bathroom turned off even when someone was in the bathroom and turn on when no one was in the bathroom, had only towels for two when we were a family of four, the entree was not the same as described in the in room dining menu and the pool side food service took over an hour when they told me would take 30 minutes.
