7. This hotel is not downtown or near any areas with lots of restaurants but it is very close to a light rail station, safe to walk at night (I felt I was safe as a 30-something year old woman) and only 10 mins from the airport.

8. So I was shocked to see so many stains on the carpet, hard bulges in the carpet (hurt to walk on it!), gross food and loud door slams all morning.

9. The free shuttle ( and friendly driver) is a major bonus, hotel is minutes from the airport and a very short walk to the light rail- Staff is friendly and warm- atmosphere is clean, the recpetion lounge had a working fireplace and free cookies in the late afternoon .
