3. We had an early morning flight and didn't want to want to make the drive from Sedona to Phoenix in the ridiculously early hours of the morning, so we selected this hotel based on proximity to the airport, price of the room, and general reputation of the hotel chain.

7. I think this was a nice "base" for our stay in Phoenix - when we were inside the hotel it was perfect, especially when compared to other hotels we were looking at in the same price range (50-75 a night) Pool and A/C aside, I would definitely recommend it - it was great value for the money.
