5. The check in process was easy, the parking very secure, getting to our second floor suite was easy and our suite was more than we dreamed of.

6. 2 - Not a negative but a few tips: - remember this is more like a timeshare then a hotel, before you arrive bring with you some basics like extra garbage bags, toilette paper, paper towles etc. The best thing to do is get all your groceries before check in and get all the supplies you need as you clean and maintain your own unit during your stay.

7. 9 - Free high speed internet9 - Upon check in I found the internet cable was not pugged in and within 5 minutes of calling the front desk maintenance arrived and followed up before leaving to make sure everything else was ok.

9. Needing immediate access to the interenet for business they offer nothing and the front desk is rather rude about accepting a fax (not to mention check in took 30 minutes - not acceptable).
