1. Yes th beds were not the best, were Hampton Inn peopel and love a good bed, but we were traveling with 6 kids 12 and under so sleep was not an option.

4. We have stayed in a similar type of hotel before and read all the reviews, so it was what we expected: spacious, well supplied, somewhat comfortable (the king bed mattress in the master bedroom was very low quality, hard, and noisy).
