7. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful; however this is the smallest room I have ever stayed in; it was pretty uncomfortablen and made our room on the cruise ship look huge.

8. Pros: location, clean rooms, air condition worked (even had a remote), hot water every time we took showers, comfortable bed, great customer service, juice and bagels/muffins in the morning.
