1. Here are my only complaints: One of the light bulbs in the bedroom didn't work, and when we asked the front desk clerk for a new one, he didn't know where to locate one (he wasn't friendly at first either, but we made him warm up to us); we didn't get any new towels (although we did have the 'do not disturb' sign on our door, so that's probably our fault); a tile located on the backsplash in the kitchenette fell down for no reason.

2. The room was spotless, no bugs, and the A/C's worked perfectly (there is one in the bedroom, and one in the living room).

3. This is a small hotel- don't expect any extravagancies, the room was barely larger than my bedroom at home.

4. small kitchen and seperate bedroom were a nice touch except there is no stovetop but if you in south beach you should be enjoying the great array of restuarants in the area.
