5. My hubby and I went to Winter Music COnference in Miami last year, and I noticed this little hotel and thought 'wow, what a great location that would be to stay!' It was in the middle of all the WMC action, near all the Lincoln Road food & shopping, DIRECTLY across from the beach, and even had a little liquor/convenient store next to it.

6. But this place is on block from Walgreens, Package Store, Rainbow (clothing store) and right around the corner from a McDonalds and a Subway and a 24 hour food place.
