5. the air vent was leaking and once we called front desk maintenance came up and corrected it, they even offered to give us a room to relax while he fixed it but we were going out and when we came back the leak was fixed and never had another problem.

6. Front desk was awesome as well, My Grandmother started telling them how I took her and My Mom on a cruise and now brought them here for 5 days and how she was excited and they upgraded us to a Pool/Oceanview room at no additional cost.

7. However, the front desk welcomed us and suggested we could store our bags at the bell desk, sit by the pool and he would call us or we could check back in an hour to see if any rooms were available.
