8. After 6:00 p.m. you don't have to feed the meters but that deal runs out at 8:00 a.m. I called the front desk and asked how strict they were with ticketing meters that had expired time on them.

9. Surrounding area: There is not much immediatly near the hotel but that is not that big of a deal (and it is probably why it is a pretty good deal).
