You don't have to put up with a substandard hotel (the rooms were shabby and overpriced) that doesn't honor its national office's committments and has such unprofessional management that apparently never heard the phrase '
customer
service.

They have voided one charge, but would not accept the coupons, nor did we find a sympathetic ear from Jaleen, the manager of Choice Hotels International
customer
Relations Department.
