2. You don't have to put up with a substandard hotel (the rooms were shabby and overpriced) that doesn't honor its national office's committments and has such unprofessional management that apparently never heard the phrase 'customer service.

3. They have voided one charge, but would not accept the coupons, nor did we find a sympathetic ear from Jaleen, the manager of Choice Hotels International customer Relations Department.
